Registered Nurse

Aminya is an approved provider of residential aged care services located in the regional town of Mannum in South Australia. We have recently undertaken a building extension which has taken us to an 80-bed facility. Our new rooms are state of the art, with King Single beds, flat screen TV's, floor to ceiling bathroom tiles, and dining and lounge rooms that anyone would be happy to have in their home!

The Position

We are seeking multiple Registered Nurses with 1+ years of experience in the role to assist us in our growth.

This position will include tasks such as:

• Deliver comprehensive resident care
• Administer medications and monitor resident responses as per protocols
• Assess, document, and report on residents' conditions and vital signs
• Implement and evaluate nursing care plans in collaboration with the clinical team
• Perform clinical procedures including wound care and dressing changes
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and rehabilitation activities
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Undertake training to grow with everchanging landscape of Aged Care and progress in your role
• Supervision of up to 20 staff

Requirements

To be considered for this role you will require:

• Must currently be living in Australia - WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP
• 1+ years of experience working as a Registered Nurse
• Experience may be in aged care or general nursing settings
• AHPRA certification
• High attention to detail
• Strong initiative and work ethic
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Current police check
• Police check must be obtained within the last 12 months
• current flu season vaccination
• Multiple shifts are available, the successful applicants can choose their hours and shift preferences
