Benefits of this role:
- Permanent full-time or 6-12 month fixed-term contract
- Base salary of $95,000 + 12% super
- Salary packaging to boost your take-home pay
- 5 weeks annual leave + 12 weeks paid parental leave
- Monday to Friday role – no shift work
Some of the key areas of your role include:
- You'll provide specialist support to young people experiencing early psychosis while contributing to clinical leadership within the team.
- Conduct mental health and risk assessments.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions and case management.
- Support young people and families through recovery-focused care.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to team members.
- Assist with crisis intervention, safety planning, and complex case management.

To be eligible for this position you must:
- Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Nursing, or a related discipline.
• Current AHPRA registration or eligibility for AASW membership.
• Experience working with young people experiencing mental health challenges, including psychosis and complex presentations.
• Strong assessment, risk management, and therapeutic intervention skills.
• Experience providing clinical leadership, supervision, or mentoring within a multidisciplinary team. - NT Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card).
- Current National Police Check (within last 3 months).
