NT - Senior Clinician - Early Psychosis

Curis Recruitment is excited to partner with a leading community organisation in the Northern Territory to recruit a Senior Mental Health Clinician to join their Early Psychosis Program.

Benefits of this role:
  • Permanent full-time or 6-12 month fixed-term contract
  • Base salary of $95,000 + 12% super
  • Salary packaging to boost your take-home pay
  • 5 weeks annual leave + 12 weeks paid parental leave
  • Monday to Friday role – no shift work

Some of the key areas of your role include:
  • You'll provide specialist support to young people experiencing early psychosis while contributing to clinical leadership within the team.
  • Conduct mental health and risk assessments.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions and case management.
  • Support young people and families through recovery-focused care.
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentoring to team members.
  • Assist with crisis intervention, safety planning, and complex case management.

To be eligible for this position you must:
  • Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Nursing, or a related discipline.
    • Current AHPRA registration or eligibility for AASW membership.
    • Experience working with young people experiencing mental health challenges, including psychosis and complex presentations.
    • Strong assessment, risk management, and therapeutic intervention skills.
    • Experience providing clinical leadership, supervision, or mentoring within a multidisciplinary team.
  • NT Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card).
  • Current National Police Check (within last 3 months).
