You will report to the Clinical Nurse Specialist and play a crucial role in managing a client caseload while delivering patient care in accordance with best practice guidelines. You will be compassionate, and eager to participate in ongoing professional education and contribute to the quality improvement of services provided.

- Base salary of $93,679.00 per annum plus 12% Superannuation
- Permanent full-time position
- Accommodation allowance of $13,000 per annum
- Annual airfare allowance of $1,800 per annum
- Opportunity for salary sacrifice up to $30,000 per annum

Your Key Responsibilities will include
- Manage a client caseload, providing haemodialysis in line with established protocols and policies.
- Administer medications as per certification, ensuring clarity and safety in medication management.
- Encourage and educate clients and families about health practices in a culturally sensitive manner.
- Participate in team meetings and quality improvement projects to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards at all times.
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Aboriginal Primary Health Care.
- Certificate IV in Medication or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to a changing work environment and manage workload effectively.
- High level of integrity in maintaining confidentiality.
- National Police clearance.
