Job details:
As an Instrument Technician within the Central Sterilising Department, you will be responsible for the reprocessing of reusable medical devices and equipment. This includes cleaning and decontamination, inspection, packaging and sterilisation of medical and surgical equipment to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.
You will be joining an experienced team within a busy department that plays a vital role in supporting surgical and clinical services across the health service.

- Predominately afternoon shifts (1430-2300)

To be eligible for the position, you must have the following:
- Strong experience as an Instrument Technician required
- Previous Central Sterilising Department (CSD) experience
- Current relevant qualifications and competencies
- National Police Check, or willingness to obtain
- Current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- Current Influenza Vaccination
- All compliance documentation up to date
- Full Australian working rights (Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, valid Working Visa or New Zealand Citizenship)
