Seeking experienced Accommodation Enquiries Officer to join our residential accommodation team at Resthaven!

Join our team as an Accommodation Enquiries Officer!

If you enjoy assisting with enquiries and balancing your administration talents with meeting new people, you will enjoy working in this role - where you are supporting applicants to be placed for Respite admissions and working closely with the Administration Enquiries Coordinator! This is a full-time permanent position based at our modern office at Wayville.

There is more to aged care operations than you might think, and you will enjoy the buzz in learning new systems and processes, having variety in your role, while working alongside dedicated and supportive colleagues.

Your sensitivity in answering enquiries from residents and their relatives brings real personal satisfaction when you see the smile on their face or hear the gratitude in their voice.

What you will need

  • Sound communication skills and ability to interpret contractual agreements.
  • Proficient with the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs including intermediate Word and basic Excel
  • Ability to work in a confidential manner.
  • Capable of prioritising work to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and possess strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent a benefit.
