Resthaven is currently seeking compassionate and reliable Home Support Workers to join our growing team supporting older people across the Adelaide Hills & Murray Mallee region, including:

  • Murray Bridge
  • Littlehampton
  • Nairne
  • Hahndorf
  • Oakbank
  • Aldgate and surrounding communities

If you hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent), have a reliable vehicle, and enjoy meaningful one-on-one work that makes a genuine difference, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Home Support Worker, you will provide in-home support to older people across the Adelaide Hills & Murray Mallee region, helping clients remain independent, connected and living safely in the home they love.

Duties may include:

  • Domestic assistance including vacuuming, mopping, dusting and laundry
  • Personal care support
  • Transporting clients to appointments, shopping and social outings
  • Providing companionship and social support
  • Monitoring and reporting concerns relating to client wellbeing

What You'll Need

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification)
  • Current driver's licence
  • Reliable, registered and insured vehicle
  • Flexible availability Monday to Friday (no weekends)
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
