NSW - Aged Care Facility Manager

We are assisting them in finding an experienced and passionate Facility Manager to lead two boutique residential aged care homes.

The Facility Manager Position:

• Permanent full-time opportunity
• Lead two small residential aged care facilities

• Each facility is supported by an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager, Reception/Administration team and 24/7 Registered Nurse coverage

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced aged care leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional, person-centred care while leading and developing high-performing teams. You will have responsibility for the operational, clinical and financial performance across both facilities, ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards while fostering a positive workplace culture.

With an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager at each site, dedicated administration support and Registered Nurse coverage 24 hours a day, seven days a week, you'll be joining a well-supported environment where you can focus on leadership, quality outcomes and continuous improvement rather than being solely responsible for day-to-day clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day operational, clinical and financial management of two residential aged care facilities
• Inspire, mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation
• Foster a culture focused on quality, safety and person-centred care
• Manage budgets, occupancy and operational performance
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and the wider community
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Support recruitment, workforce planning and staff development

To be eligible for this position you must:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous experience managing an aged care facility or in a senior aged care leadership role
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills
• Financial and operational management experience
• Current National Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Full Australian working rights
