Curis Recruitment is proud to partner with one of Australia's leading Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services to recruit an experienced Men's Health Nurse for a permanent full-time position in remote Northern Territory.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about improving Aboriginal men's health and enjoys working collaboratively with communities to deliver culturally safe, preventative and evidence-based primary health care. This position does not participate in the after-hours on-call roster.

As the Men's Health Nurse, you will deliver comprehensive, culturally safe primary health care to Aboriginal men across remote communities in East Arnhem Land.
Working alongside Aboriginal Health Practitioners, Remote Area Nurses and a multidisciplinary team, you will provide evidence-based men's health services with a strong focus on health promotion, prevention and early intervention. You will play a key role in improving engagement with health services, encouraging healthy lifestyles and supporting Aboriginal men to achieve better long-term health outcomes.
Your role will include conducting men's health assessments, chronic disease management, care planning, adult health checks, immunisations, sexual health education, health promotion activities and community outreach. You will also work closely with community members to build trusted relationships and deliver culturally appropriate care that reflects local priorities and promotes self-determination.
This role does not participate in the after-hours emergency on-call roster, providing an excellent opportunity for nurses who enjoy remote primary health care but prefer to focus on preventative and program-based clinical practice.

- Base salary of up to $137,674 per annum plus 12% superannuation
- Enjoy a comprehensive housing and utility package for your comfort

- 6 weeks annual leave

Essential Criteria
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with no restrictions
- Minimum 3 years' post-graduate nursing experience including experience delivering men's health services
- Current manual driver's licence
- Must have full Australian working rights (i.e., Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, a valid Working Visa, or New Zealand Citizenship)
