If you are a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant able to provide high-level support to a Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team within a respected Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation, then this could be for you.

About your Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Executive Office while providing confidential, professional support across executive and board functions.

Key responsibilities include
  • Managing the CEO's diary, meetings and competing priorities
  • Coordinating travel, accommodation and executive logistics
  • Preparing reports, briefing papers, presentations and correspondence
  • Providing secretariat support to the Board and Executive Team, including agendas, board papers and minute taking
  • Maintaining action registers and ensuring follow-up of key decisions
  • Liaising with government agencies, funding bodies and key stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate executive records and document management systems
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
About You
You'll be a confident, organised professional who enjoys supporting senior executives and working across multiple priorities. You'll need:
  • Minimum three years' experience supporting a CEO, Executive Team or Board
  • Experience preparing Board papers, agendas and accurate minutes
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence using document management systems
  • High levels of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail
  • A qualification in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • An understanding of, or commitment to, culturally safe practice and working with Aboriginal communities
