About Your New Role
Join our Maryborough team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with disability. Working in an In-Home support setting, you will provide person-centred support that helps individuals remain independent and continue living in their own home.
You will work closely with individuals, families, and other stakeholders to deliver quality support and positive outcomes that make a genuine difference in everyday life.
Availability Requirements
We are recruiting for casual Disability Support Workers to support a growing service.
Shifts are available across a range of times, including weekdays and weekends.

- An empathetic person who has a genuine passion for supporting individuals with a disability
- Ability to prioritise workload and respond to emergent situations
- A reliable and flexible approach to work
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
- A commitment to delivering person-centred support

Requirements
- A current Driver's Licence (P2 minimum)
- Paid Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
