You are a passionate Health Promotion Officer (or similar) wanting to help improve immunisation uptake and health outcomes across Aboriginal communities in the East Kimberley. Working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team, you'll deliver culturally safe health promotion programs, engage with communities, and contribute to lasting positive change.

About the role
You'll work closely with Aboriginal communities, health professionals and local organisations to:

• Deliver culturally appropriate immunisation education and health promotion programs
• Build strong community relationships
• Increase awareness of routine and targeted immunisations
• Plan, deliver and evaluate health promotion initiatives
• Support improved health outcomes across the East Kimberley

About You:

• Experience in health promotion, community engagement or a willingness to learn
• A passion for working alongside Aboriginal communities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A current driver's licence
