Job Details
- Permanent full-time position
- 76 hours per fortnight
- Salary of $105,908 per annum, plus 12% superannuation
- Subsidised, fully furnished accommodation
- Supportive multidisciplinary working environment
- Opportunity to contribute to high-quality renal care
- Manage a client caseload and deliver culturally safe nursing care in accordance with clinical protocols and best-practice guidelines
- Provide holistic, person-centred care as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Complete clinical assessments and make appropriate referrals when required
- Develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans
- Provide education and support to clients and their families
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the Renal Health Centre
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold professional nursing standards

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, with no restrictions
- Well-developed interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
