Clinical Educator
Resthaven is changing up how clinical education is offered to our enthusiastic team, with Clinical Educators working across our Residential and Community Services in South Australia!
About the role
Based at our modern head office at Wayville, this role will work with Residential and Community Services teams to deliver scheduled education, as well as developing targeted education programs in line with evidence-based practice and policy and procedure to meet the needs of the sites they are responsible for. You would work as part of a high performing team and with site clinical teams to deliver on the strategic objectives of the organisation. This is a full-time permanent position.

Essential Criteria
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA and at least two years' experience
- Demonstrated experience and skills in clinical education, facilitation, and people leadership.
- High level of competence in clinical skills and collaboration with health care teams in delivery of nursing and personal care
- Ability to be able to develop strong professional and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Aging process and caring for older people as well as gerontic nursing practice issues
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
