About the Role

As Regional Property Supervisor, you will provide senior facility operational and technical leadership across a portfolio of aged care homes in Victoria and Tasmania, ensuring facilities are safe, compliant, reliable and fit for purpose. You will oversee building infrastructure, essential services, contractor performance, maintenance delivery, statutory compliance and asset management systems, while supporting practical, resident-focused property outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years’ facilities management experience in aged care, healthcare, retirement living, accommodation, commercial property or another regulated environment
  • Strong technical understanding of building services including: HVAC, electrical, hydraulics, fire and life safety, nurse call, security, access control and building fabric
  • Experience managing planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, contractor works, asset condition information and facility risks
  • Confidence interpreting technical reports, scopes, quotes, specifications, compliance certificates and service documentation
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Current driver’s licence, right to work in Australia and ability to travel between sites as required
