This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior Remote Area Nurse who is passionate about leading teams and delivering culturally safe primary healthcare.

As the Health Centre Manager, you will provide clinical and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, culturally safe primary healthcare within a remote Aboriginal community.
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the health centre, support and mentor clinical staff, promote clinical excellence and ensure the delivery of comprehensive primary healthcare services that meet community needs.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will drive continuous quality improvement, workforce development and service improvement while fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment.
The Organisation
You will be joining an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of people across Arnhem Land.
The organisation delivers comprehensive, culturally appropriate primary healthcare services across remote communities, with a strong focus on community-led care, prevention, chronic disease management and improving long-term health outcomes.

- *$3,000 sign-up bonus for new Curis Nurses*
- Permanent full-time position, community-based
- Base salary up to $166,179 + 12% superannuation
- Free (solo) accommodation inclusive of utilities and wifi
- Relocation assistance up to $10,400
- 6 weeks annual leave
- Salary packaging up to $15,900 per annum
- Meals & Entertainment packaging up to $2,650 per annum

Essential Criteria
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous Health Centre Manager or Team Leader experience
- Minimum 5 years' post-registration nursing experience
- Advanced clinical skills relevant to remote practice
- Current REC, MEC, ALS, NT iSTAT certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Manual driver's licence
- Full Australian working rights (Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, a valid Australian Working Visa or New Zealand Citizenship)
