About the Role

As General Manager, you will be accountable for the overall leadership, performance and success of our Bunbury residence. Working closely with residents, families, team members and the wider community, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional care and service while driving sustainable operational outcomes.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the overall operations and performance of the residence
  • Deliver exceptional person-centred care and resident experiences
  • Inspire, coach and develop multidisciplinary teams
  • Drive quality, compliance, safety and accreditation outcomes
  • Manage occupancy, financial performance and business targets
  • Foster strong relationships with residents, families and community stakeholders
  • Champion a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement

What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrated senior leadership experience in aged care, healthcare or a related service environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and operational management capability
  • Proven experience leading and developing large, multidisciplinary teams
  • Sound knowledge of aged care funding, regulatory and service delivery requirements
  • Ability to drive change, continuous improvement and high-performance cultures
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications highly regarded
