This is an exciting opportunity if you are an ANUM wanting to work in Residential Aged Care in a picturesque rural setting on a fixed term contract.
The health service is a small rural health service in North Western Victoria. They are looking for an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to join their caring team working in acute services on a fixed term basis to assist with leave
coverage. This is an excellent professional development opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse looking to step up into a leadership role or someone who already has strong leadership experience looking for a change.
As the ANUM you will hold a key clinical, supportive and leadership role to
staff, students, and consumers to ensure appropriate clinical care is provided so positive outcomes can be met.

Surrounded by rolling hills and native bushland, this location is also a gateway to the nearby National Park, where you can enjoy hiking, birdwatching, and panoramic views. The town has a strong community spirit and hosts various local events and festivals throughout the year, celebrating its cultural roots and rural lifestyle. Job Details
- Salary of RNY2 so approximately $63.66 per hour base rate plus 12% superannuation
- Fixed Term contract up until 25 January 2027 working 32 hours per week
- Rotating roster across all shifts

To be eligible for the position, you must have the following:
- Current registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions
- Minimum of three years experience in Residential Aged Care
- Ideally experience within a leadership role in aged care
- National Police Check or willingness to obtain
- Must have full Australian working rights (Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, a valid Working Visa, or New Zealand Citizenship).
